Small haul

Hi guys this Is going to be small haul, which I have collected a few things over the past week. None of these things are expensive so they could give you some ideas for springish makeup if you are on a budget. Now the first thing I bought was the Nivea express hydration primer, and this usually retails for £5 but I got it on offer at tesco for £2.48, hold the phone please can we all agree that is a bargain. I had been wanting to try this primer for quite I while now so I decided to pick it up at a price of £2.48. The next thing I got was also from Nivea and it the tinted moisturiser and I paid a whopping £1.74 for this, can we all just agree again what a bargain that was aswell. So if you are looking for any of these things I would check out tesco. The next thing I bought was an MUA nail polish, ( the colour is on the picture, because I've forgotten it as I am typing this up) this is a lovely pinky shade which is quite muted and in my words a calm pink, so it is easy to wear. This retails for £1 and the nail polish only took 2-3 coats which in my opinion for a £1 nail polish that is quite decent. The next things I picked up were 2 MUA lipsticks one in shade 12 and one in shade 3,( if the shades are wrong I apologise because I mixed up the lids I think when I bought them) but however the glittery pink is okay but I really love the bright fuchsia colour and for a £1 each I really could not say no. So as you can see I have spent under £10 on all of this and I have kind of started to update my makeup for spring. I hope you like this haul, I'm sure I will be doing more.

Budget beauty Fridays #3

Hi guys this is the #3 in my budget beauty Fridays series, I apologise for this being late.
So the product I am going to talk about this week is the Revlon nearly naked foundation,I can't express to you to you how much I love this product. This product is a light to medium coverage, which is my favourite type of coverage. This foundation retails at £8.99 which is quite cheap for Revlon as their foundations are usually higher than that. This foundation to me seems perfect if you are younger and looking for a foundation, and you want your skin to look like skin. But yet you still want some coverage. I have this foundation in the shade 130 shell, which 130 seems quite dark for a pale person like me but there is also a shade called 120 vanilla which I think is pink toned and shell is yellow. As I have pink toned skin I find the 130 shell is perfect as it kind of cancels that out and makes my skin a neutral colour. If there is anyone really quite pale, there is a lighter shade 110 ivory which could be good for you. Another aspect I like about this foundation is that because it is not at all full coverage then if you are younger and you are not too sure what foundation shade to choose then if you don't pick one that too dissimilar to your skin colour then it is able to blend in quite well. One thing I could say could be improved about this foundation is that the longevity of it is not excellent, but it still does last a good 5-6 + hours. All in all I really do love this and it has very quickly become a favourite of mine, I would really recommend this.

Budget beauty Fridays #2

Hi guys this is the #2 in my Budget beauty Fridays series. This is where I talk about my best budget beauty product of the week. So this weeks best budget beauty buy is the Nivea lip butter in raspberry rose, I love this product so much to me it smells like raspberry yoghurt. The scent is amazing and I quite like the packaging is quite small and compact so easy to carry round everyday. I think these are really moisturising and the feeling of them on your lips lasts a long time. These retail at about £1.99 ish but I think you can find them cheaper so if you don't like them it is not a big deal. There are other flavours I think, I would really recommend these if you are looking for a good cheap lip balm. Hope you like the second Budget beauty Friday.

Haul

Hi guys today's post is a haul, these are just some things I have picked up recently so yeah.
The first thing I picked up was the Revlon nearly naked foundation and picked this up because I have herd some good things about it, and if you know me then you know I love light coverage foundations, which is basically what this is and this is a lovely foundation. I'm not going to say to much because I am going to a review on it. This retails for £8.99 which is vey cheap for Revlon but you can always find that they do offers. The next thing I bought was a simple repurchase of my favourite concealer ever which is the laura mercier secret concealer, I absolutely love this concealer. It is quite pricey at £18.50 but well worth it in my opinion. The next two items are two bobbi brown gel eyeliners in the shade 1 black ink and shade 7 espresso ink. I love these they are ever so creamy and just glide on, I will do a review soon when I have had a better chance to try them out. These retail I think at about £16 pound each which is quite a lot but you do get a lot of product. And the last thing is the Revlon lip butter in macaroon and this is a nice creamy pinky, browny lip colour but don't let item put you off buying it because I said browny this is a lovely colour and it is a little Similar to the shade peach parfait which I already have, but I still love macaroon. These retail at about £7.99 but as I said before Revlon usually do offers so you can find them cheaper. So that Is all I have bought recently, I hoped you enjoyed this haul.

Budget beauty Fridays 1#

Hi guys this post is going to be about a new series I am going to start on my blog which is called...Budget beauty Fridays. This is where I am going to to show you my best budget product of the week, as is it is going to be budget friendly it can suit everyones price range. So as this is week number 1# I thought I show you one of my favourite products that is so is easily available if live near a Superdrug or can order online. And that product is the Sleek blush in the shade suede from the nude collection they have. I love this blusher, it is an easy everyday kind of colour you ca put it on without worrying what colour lipstick you are going to wear or what eyeshadow you are wearing. As I have mention on my blog before it is one of those kind of blushes that make your face look more contoured or defined, which I know I love that look. This blusher retails at £4.49, so that is under £5 and so is still very cheap. I would really like to they more of these blushes, I have had my eye on the rose gold shade, but I'm telling myself I don't need it. But maybe I do! I really hoped you liked my first Budget beauty Fridays, and please tell me if you would like me to do more.

Lip stain review

Hi guys, this post is about two lip stains
1. Maybelline 10hrs tint gloss £6.99 in forever coral
2. Revlon just bitten kissable balm stains in honey £7.99
I expected the best out of the Revlon one as I had read such good reviews. This first thing you will notice about these is the scent I definitely would say that the maybelline ones smell better they smell like fruit whereas the Revlon ones just smell of mint. The next thing is that the maybelline ones feel nice and creamy on your lips and gloss. Whereas the Revlon ones look kind of shiny and are quite sticky in my opinion. If you can see buy the photos the maybelline one lasted longer on me I don't know if that is because it is a darker colour than the Revlon one. In the photos isn't shows the maybelline one first and that lasted for 3/4hrs before it completely Wore off, I did have something to eat after the within the first hour, the signs of wear show it was wearing away in the middle. Now as for the Revlon one this only lasted for 1/2hrs as the same as yesterday I did eat within the first hour, it did show a lot of signs of wear and also about 20/30mins later it had all completely worn off.

Maybelline 10hrs tint gloss: Revlon just bitten kissable balm stain:
Good- scent, I do love the scent of Good-colour range, there are darks and more
These, the applicator. More easy to wear colours.
Okay- colour range, Okay-scent, packaging
a lot of the colours Are very bright and not, Bad- longevity I was hoping this lasted all day
Everyday colours, pigmentation.
Bad- packaging, longevity even though it lasted
Longer than the Revlon one it still says on it 10hrs
Revlon just bitten kissable balm stain:
Good-colour range, there are darks and more easy to wear colours.
Okay-scent, packaging
Bad- longevity I was hoping this lasted a lot longer

All in all I like both of these I think I prefer the colour of the Revlon one because it's an easier colour to wear but I do love the maybelline ones. I would recommend both because I like them but just for different occasions.
